GETTING STARTED WITH YOUR PERSONALIZED TRAVEL ITINERARY

I ask a lot of questions to get to know you.  

I want to know everything.

My professional fee is $250 this is nonrefundable deposit, however, if you choose not to use my services you get the itinerary with links.  You can make changes and make the reservations yourself.  It's all yours.

What my services includes:  the hours of research and commitment it takes to create a personalized experience for you. A very detailed itinerary, including all reservations and logistics along with a personal mobile app with your itinerary.  I'll have it all ready for you to go.

Using your dream as inspiration, we hand-pick customized options down to the last detail.

During your journey, we’re always just a phone call away if anything changes.

When can we talk?

 Once we have all the information, we need from each other and we have your payment we start the research to plan your trip.

RESEARCH/PROPOSAL

  I look at everything you want and start exploring rates and dates.  I have great contacts and resources.  

This can take several days and up to a week.

You get a detailed proposal.  

This will include:

Hotels

Logistics

Private guides and Tours

If you like the trip proposal, you approve the proposal to turn it into an invoice.  I will immediately need to collect a down payment for hotel reservations. 

If you like the invoice but would prefer to book your own travel.  You can keep the itinerary. I will even provide the direct links for you.

INVOICE AND PACKING

Once the proposal is approved and turned into the invoice Curated TravelScapes will start making all the necessary arrangements. 

You will have all the details emailed to you, also a private app so you do not have to carry any unnecessary documents.

I'll collect the deposit to reserve your dates.  Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure.  

All you have to do is pack.
